Are their non stop flights from MEM to JFK or vice versa?
I was wondering if there was NON STOP flights from Memphis, TN to NY or from NY to TN? Every airline I'm checking for dates in all different random months keep saying their is 1 stop. some say 2. Do they no have NON STOP flights their?

To my knowledge, there are currently no airlines flying nonstop on the MEM-JFK route. The Wikipedia page for MEM indicates that Delta had been operating this route (under the Comair/Delta Connection banner); however, the January 2011 timetable for Delta does not list any flights on the route at this time. Unfortunately, it appears that at this time, any flights to New York would require either a connection to get you to JFK, or flying into one of the other New York airports (LaGuardia or Newark) and then transferring to JFK on the ground.

Delta have non-stop from Memphis to New York - La Guardia (if you are going to Manhattan, LGA is a lot quicker and cheaper to go from) and Continental flies non-stop from Memphis to Newark, which is still closer to Manhattan than going from JFK. Hope this helps.

why, when you look for a scheduled flight at flightaware.com, you get the flight route which is planned.

... by dispatch, but when you compare then the north atlantic tracks (NXXWXX) from this flight plan to the real time NAT tracks which you can find online, they are not exactly the same? (i looked up the flight Northwest 58 from memphis to amsterdam, which leaves tonight, and there is written that the first waypoint over the atlantic is '47 north, 70 west', however, when you compare to the real time NAT tracks for tonight on https://www.notams.jcs.mil/common/nat.html you can see that non of these tracks begin with 47N070W... So how is that?

The flight plan is what is filed...the green track is the actual flight path (what the airplane flew). You can file Lat/Longs anytime you want, it does not need to be on the NAT's.

The one u look is the name of the way points in Dispatch FPL and 47 north or 70 west is the names these r not the coordinates u should not mix coordinates with way point names

Economy super saver? Should I buy this ticket? I really want to see my fiance...?
I moved to plano TX for college, she lives in Millington TN so itd be dallas to memphis flight I see tickets for like $139?? is this real? Its called the Economy super saver..sorry this is my first time flying also say the ticket is $139 what else would I need to pay for concerning the flight? and can i like pay online? or like how does it work?

"Economy Super Saver" is the generic terminology used on aa.com by American Airlines for its restricted coach tickets. Typically, the ticket will be refundable and has a $150 change fee that is charged in the event that you need to change your date. I'd also note that the $139 price you're seeing is probably the one-way price -- American's website prices round-trip tickets based on the cost for each direction, so there would be an additional charge for your return flight. In addition, there will be certain fees and taxes added onto the price -- typically, for a domestic trip on AA, those fees will be an additional $30 to $40, depending on the itinerary. Once you've selected your flights and gotten the total price after tax, you can then pay for the ticket online using a credit card or PayPal, or you can place the reservation on hold and purchase it up to 24 hours later.

I believe that is a one-way price and does not include taxes. Go to www.tripadvisor.com and go to Flights. Enter the dates you want to travel, and it will give you roundtrip prices including taxes. If you have a friend who has booked airline tickets online, ask them for help. It is not that easy to do if you are a first timer. You can drive it in about 7 and a half hours.

How big is the Memphis airport
How big is the Memphis airport?
I am looking at booking a flight that only has a 35 minute layover in Memphis. I really don't want to but it's my only option besides spending an extra $150, seriously. Is the airport easy to get around in? I looked at the map of the gates but that is barely any help . . . Any input is appreciated.

Memphis is not big compared to Denver, O'Hare, Atlanta, LA or Las Vegas but I wouldn't do a 35 minute connection at any airport. The minimum would be 45 minutes - 60 minutes. You have to allow for late arrivals for your 1st leg of the trip. Also with so many people having carry-ons it takes forever to deplane, especially if you are in the last 2/3 of the plane. Denver was a minimum connection time of 50 minutes and that was 3 years ago. To increase your odds of having you flights on time book an early morning flight.

It's very easy to get around and big enough to keep you occupied with lots of interesting shops.

its not that big but its dangerous its a bunch og getto thugs and crack heads literally my husband got mugged last week and someone is always getting mugged i live outside memphis and i hate it it is the worst city to live in tn be careful...but it is easy to get around
