Memphis City CAO: Health care discussion not over, pension fund needs $37M


(WMC) - The city is giving a glimpse into the impact of the Memphis City Council's vote to reverse health care cuts for some city employees. The city says the original health care cuts were prompted by a state mandate to make the city's pension fund whole.
