Scared to fly had panic attack on plane

Scared to fly had panic attack on plane?!?
Me and my bf flew from Knoxville to Memphis and then after that we were supposed to fly to take a 10 hour flight to Amsterdam and then a 2 hour flight to Casablanca. However, when I was on the 1st flight I was really sick and dizzy I couldnt even sit up straight because I kept falling over. It felt like the insides of my body was just swishing around causing me to have constant panic attacks. Just thinking about it makes me shake. However, I have got to get back to Memphis the day after tom. and continue with the flight bc he flew there already I have all the bags he was supossed to give his family he was crushed when I wouldn't get back on the plane. So here's my question. How do I get through this I have got to survive that plane trip. Help! Please!

AHA ya i had that problem. I'm in the army and i got the chance to fly a F-18 fighter jet and we started going to about mach. 1.1 which is over the speed of sounds. You get really...wowww when you do that so my suggestion is. Sleep lots before going on the plane. Keep yourself occupied and stay hydrated. Adrian T. Canadian Forces PPCLI

Wow, sorry to hear about that. Planes can be very stressful at times for anyone, so I can kind of relate. P.S. My sister goes to school in Knoxville! Just thought I'd say that. You can find many ways to overcome panic attacks. I'm a hypnotist and I have helped people calm down during plane rides and car rides, etc. When you are on the plane you can close your eyes, relax your entire body and just calm down. Look up some sample self-hypnosis scripts online. I also offer phone sessions if you interested. I'm affiliated with a company that helps people overcome anxiety, but it's probably not right for you. Self-hypnosis and meditation the day before and on the plane are really good ways to help ease anxiety and stop attacks. I'll give you a couple of links so you can check them out.

Does anyone understand how the baggage fees work for Continental Airlines

Does anyone understand how the baggage fees work for Continental Airlines?
okay i remember having to pay $15.00 for my first checked bag when i departed & then going back, i had to pay $15.00 again. Is that because i was a first time flier, or they do this every time you check your baggage into the airport? i really don't understand how it works, i've tried going to the website & reading about it, but it confused the hell out of me. how we booked the flight: we called a travel agent & they sent us the ticket. i went from memphis to newark. and now i booked a flight for next week & did it on orbitz.com & i'm taking continental express again. now i am traveling from nashville to newark. do i still have to pay the $15.00? well cultural insite, apparently you didn't read my description very well. i explained that i only rode a plane ONCE. i'd suggest you read it again. k thanks...

You have to pay for both outgoing and return.
2 :
You have to pay for baggage fee every time you check in, just like what you went through, once departing and once again on returning.

4 :
You pay the fee every time you board a plane. It's not like you pay it once and then never pay it again for the rest of your life. Is this the first time you've flown in an airplane, because that would explain your confusion.
5 :
Continental now always requires payment for checked baggage. If you pay online, your first bag is $15 and your second bag is $25. If you wait until you check in at the airport you will pay $20 for the first and $30 for the second. You can pay online any time up to about an hour before the flight. If you check in online (you can do this within 24 hours of your departure time) it will ask if you have bags and allow you to pay online at that time. You will have to pay for your return flight as well. Once you pay online for your bags, the baggage fee is not refundable so make sure you don't pay for 2 bags and then decide to only take one! There are exceptions for frequent flyers, military, government, etc.

Why did Sid no show an indy event

Why did Sid no show an indy event?
- Sid Vicious was scheduled to wrestle for Dreamwave Wrestling on June 5th in LaSalle, Illinois but did not show up. The promoters got word that morning that Sid didn’t board his flight and spent all day trying to get in touch with him. Sid finally called them back and said that when he got to the airport, he forgot to bring his passport so they wouldn’t let him board the flight. Keep in mind Sid was flying from Memphis, TN to Chicago, IL. For those who haven’t figured it out yet, you don’t need a passport to fly within the country. Credit: WrestlingHeadlines.com It really makes you think, the promoters aren't the only ones who do the screwing in the business. It really is a two way street, and talent is far from innocent in many situations Then why would he agree to the event in the first place? If you agree to an event knowing all the details, you should show up

Maybe he didn't want to leave his home in Memphis to fly to a different state for little pay at an indy show, i sure wouldn't!
2 :
It's softball season.
3 :
Maybe he realizes he should be in a nursing home instead of a wrestling ring.

I've worked with a lot of wrestlers and can say only this: there are three sides to every story (yours mind and the truth) who knows what really happened here, it could have been anything really. The story that came out may even be a partial truth. Talent generally won't accept bookings that they have no intention of keeping.
