it deff is since the ticket alone is so expensive you are really getting your worth for your bucks no its not cheap of course but if you wanted to go to this place since your were 9 deff go!
2 :
hell fuc-n yeah its worth it

Since it includes airfare, accommodations, transportation and food, I'd say it's reasonable. If you are thinking you want to spend more time there, then you could pass on it and study abroad in Egypt when you go to college. Studying abroad for a summer, semester, or year will be cheaper for the amount of time you will spend there than this however, it's really up to you and your financial situation. If you want to be an Egyptologist, then I'd say you should study abroad in Egypt in college regardless of whether you do this or not.

Yes. I lived in Egypt for 20 years you can not beat the package. Bring sun block if you are going in the summer. Enjoy
5 :
Yes, it might be a once in a lifetime opportunity. check other rates though just in case

sounds like a good deal. Tours get better rates at hotels and transportation. see if its a 3 or 4 star hotel. check how much a flight is on expedia.com what will be the exchange rate for the dollar. will it cost you more like the euro does.

That would be actually less than the number you put. And if it is really that amount then absolutely yes!!!

It is worth it, and i'm not ONLY saying this because i'm an Egyptian and i love Egypt. I'm saying this because i have lived in Egypt, Loved Egypt, put Egypt in my heart and i haven't even gone to these places. Your so lucky to have this opportunity because to be honest some Egyptians that live in Egypt never even tried going to these places. it's going to be hot but trust me you will have the time of your life. since your already very interested to the point that you want to become an Egyptologist, i think you should go. your going to learn stuff that will just fascinate you. i mean i'm just reading this one book about Ancient Egypt called "Nefertiti" and i'm already astonished at the history! Also your 17 so you can work over the summer and help save up for some money that you can spend when you go there, that way your parents don't have to pay for the souvenirs and stuff.

definately it is good. im going for a 10 day trip soon and am paying just over $7000 canadian. but just a heads up on being an egyptologist, you need close to 8 years education, you can spend near a lifetime just doing all the dirty work for other egyptologists, you may never make a discovery, and the job demand in that area is VERY low. you may never even get a job to work in egypt. i dont know about you but i chose to keep it as a hobby because of all of that

You want the truth? It's Awesome and totally not a rip off.
11 :
get ur parents to pay for it, enjoy the trip and don't worry about money.

It is definitely a good price for all that is included. I just returned from a trip to Egypt, seeing all those sites, and only one more that I can think of: Abu Simbel in the far south. My trip was about 13 days and cost about twice as much. We did take the four night Nile cruise, did not have a train ride. I'd really recommend going if you are interested in Egypt. When at the pyramids in Giza, pay the extra small cost and go inside the middle pyramid. You will go up into the tomb room and can say that you have been inside a pyramid. Alarm clocks will not be necessary; you will be awakened by the calls to prayer before dawn each day! and don't try to cross a street in Cairo -- it's got the craziest traffic in the world. If you are going in the summer be prepared for hot weather! Enjoy!
